Watched his film, I think Franklin didn't like him. Should be a 3 star. Perfect fit for a ULL, ULM, etc.

He apparently had offers from Colorado and UCLA. LSU doesn’t have a QB in this class. I don’t think it would hurt anything to pick a guy like him up and see what Lane can do. Lane’s obviously going to get his starter out of the portal.

Cole has things you cant teach. He needs a good QB coach and some time to develop and he could be a stud.

I dont disagree.
I think hes a good qb for lane to get and tell youre not starting anytime soon, youre coming here to develop. see what he turns into.

Bergeron is really a 3-star QB. No offer from LSU. He decommitted from VT, was previously committed to their former coach Pry. Their new coach Franklin just got commitment from another 4-star QB Huhn from CA whom he personally recruited and decommitted from Penn State.

I’d love for him to be a Cajun, but he doesn’t fit Desormeaux’s style of play.
He deserves better.
