We’ve got Texas, Bama, A&M, Tennessee, and OM. Clemson to open at home. With the portal I feel we could load pretty quickly, but that’s a tough schedule. If we are able to retain Baker for defense I think we are pretty strong. 9-3 maybe. I’d be ecstatic at 10-2.

Undefeated, and National Championship to make up for Kelly’s failure…

Give me 10 wins year one and I'm happy. That's a brutal schedule.

Playoffs most years post year 1 should be the standard. We have too much going for us with recruiting and finances.

It depends on the roster situation and who we lose due to the portal and graduation etc

That's a lot of big games for a coach who has not been very good in big games

bK won at least 9 games every full year he was here. We are not spending $150 million on buyouts, NIL and new contracts for 9-3. 10-2 is the minimum for Kiffin going forward. With this kind of investment, we are expecting Saban type winning.

Realistically 8-4 without knowing who our dc will be, who are qb will be and of course what players come in and which ones leave. LSU should never realistically go below 8-4 with competent coaching.

I recall last time Kiffin coming into BR was with a much superior roster to LSU's and Ole Miss CHOKED. He's the savior, right? There's no evidence to back it.

I said it another thread….for the 2026 season, average 30 PPG on offense and go 8-4 or better

I don’t know about record alone, but I’m wanting to see a change in attitude as much as anything, and that the top down.

A lot will depend who the QB is. Need to get that settled first.

LSU had the better roster every year they played ole miss. Ole miss had some game wreckers on the d line and a good QB.

Our fan base will be ready to get rid of him after he goes 8-4
