2 of the victims who died (the younger kids) with older sister who is still in hospital (and their mother who wasn’t in accident and divorced from the father).
and I think this was the father driving who was killed.
The sibling, Mia, mentioned above who survived with uncle and some other family. A 14 year old of the father’s girlfriend also survived while his younger brother did not.
and the surviving kid of the fiancé who is also recovering in hospital
At least this thug below is dead now, but out on parole after less than 6 years for a dozen crimes he took out a father and a few kids and critically injured 2 more kids. Authorities wouldn’t release his name for several days. Getting his name was based on sources not an official release by authorities.

The man accused of carjacking a vehicle from a Regional Transportation District station, then crashing into a family of five and causing five deaths — including his own — has been identified.
The Denver Gazette confirmed with multiple sources that Walter C. Huling, 31, is the suspect in the Monday crash on Colorado Highway 83, south of Franktown.
Huling was on parole at the time, according to the Colorado Department of Corrections. He was set to be discharged in January.
The tragedy unfolded on Monday around 3:45 p.m., when the 31-year-old man carjacked a Toyota Matrix hatchback at the Nine Mile Station Regional Transportation District parking garage.
Less than an hour later, the man lost control of the car on Colorado 83 near Russellville Road south of Franktown, crashing into a Ford Fusion sedan head-on, authorities said. The sedan carried one adult driver and five children.
Killed in the crash were Alvin Corado, 35, of Denver, who drove the Ford Fusion with four juveniles in it. The Douglas County Coroner confirmed the other victims as Toretto Corado, 8, Makenlee Corado, 11, and Jase Green, 12, all of Colorado Springs.
Two other juveniles in the sedan — ages 13 and 14 — were flown to a nearby medical facility with life-threatening injuries.
… Public records show that Huling was first arrested on assault charges in 2013 at age 18. He had 15 subsequent arrests over the next six years on charges ranging from false reporting, bribery, burglary, contempt of court, driving under the influence, parole violations and multiple other assaults.
In 2019, he was sentenced to six years in prison related to an assault in downtown Denver after he knocked a man unconscious and assaulted the man’s wife. He was also charged with assaulting the police officer who arrested him.
…Five years later, Hurling picked up a charge for violation of a protection order in Boulder on March 16, 2024. He eventually pleaded guilty on May 15, 2024.
“It does no good for police to do great work investigating a case, arresting the bad guys, and for prosecutors to hold them accountable in court if our broken Department of Corrections and parole system are just going to cut career criminals loose on our streets to re-offend,” 23rd Judicial District Attorney George Brauchler said in a statement to The Denver Gazette. “Colorado needs changes.”

He’s 100% correct. If this happened in NO or BR you’d see all kinds of comments of shithole this or shithole that.
But judges and DAs across the country are allowing criminals to control every major city in states across the country. It’s pathetic.
It’s time they’re held accountable. Shame on everyone who allowed this animal out multiple times.

Lenient even before he then got paroled especially since he also had at least 10 other charges since becoming an adult including sexual contact without consent and parole violations in the past (and more as a juvi). He also pleaded guilty to another crime in 2024 either while still in jail or while out on parole. He was career thug and criminal.
I want to follow up on the sentencing of the below father and son causing accident due to racing that killed 2 people. The story was linked on one the articles. Urbanites’ street racing and takeovers are also treated too lightly by authorities. It has become a father/son killing experience.

Police: Car race between father and son ends in deadly crash in Lakewood
LAKEWOOD, Colo. (KKTV) - A father and son are facing charges after police say the pair caused a deadly crash while road racing earlier this month.
Gregory Giles, 65, and Bryce Giles, 26, turned themselves in on Monday, a week and a half after the collision in Lakewood.
According to the Lakewood Police Department, officers responded to South Kipling Parkway and West Mississippi Avenue on the night of Nov. 13 for a crash involving several vehicles. Five people were hospitalized; two of the victims, identified as 26-year-old Demi Iglesias and 28-year-old Dalton Smith, later died.
“Through the investigation and after speaking with witnesses, Lakewood detectives believe that a car race between a father and son is what caused the fatal crash,” the police department said in an update on social media this week.
The elder and younger Giles are both facing two counts of vehicular homicide, as well as charges of vehicular assault, reckless driving, and engaging in a speed contest. Jefferson County inmate records indicate both remain in jail Thursday on a $250,000 bond.

Put the parole board in prison for the remainder of his sentence.
