Soooooo..........Brian Kelly 100 Million. Now Lane Kiffin 98 Million. LSU does not learn.

From their costly mistakes. I do not know why, but, Louisiana CLOWNS think that you win a natty every year. It's a 98 Million dollar gamble. Both Kiffin and LSU better get ready because they will go through exactly the same thing that LSU and Kelly went through.

The staggering numbers certainly suck. But a big time program needs a big time coach, and that costs big time money. It’s the reality of CFP.

Hate to say it but LSU has been irrelevant for half a decade. We need a big time coach to bring us out of the cellar and Kiffin is him. Even if it’s 100 million. Not our money so who cares.

No. You don’t have to win a championship every year. You have to field a tough, competitive team that is on a good trajectory and that fights hard.
Les Miles won one championship but he was only fired when the trajectory went sideways and then south from 2014-2016. Orgeron wasn’t fired for not repeating. He was fired for losing control of the program and not caring. Kelly was fired for losing the team and not getting better in year 4.
You don’t have to win a title at all. Just field a good, competitive team and run the program right.
