I’m sure there’s a list but you know it’s gunna take a while to verify. And the left will be fighting all the way. Gunna have to double the size of ICE.

This is where Trump's EO on data sharing that some people melted about will come in handy. We can now cross-check SSNs with birth certificates and immigration files.
If your SSN wasn't issued within a few months of your DOB, you are most likely foreign. Then just check for naturalization papers.

The only thing I can think is they tried to handle immediate need of getting fat male criminals who were engaging in drug crimes, violent crimes dealt with before hitting the useless even fatter people with 7 kids on SNAP.
