They have completely changed their tune from earlier when they acted like Kiffin was going to stay. Now it's what that Ole Miss shouldn't be penalized if he leaves, that he should be able to still coach the playoffs if he leaves, and that the CFB calendar needs to move more to the NFL mode so coaches and schools don't have an issue like this again.

They absolutely shouldn’t. Florida State got one of the biggest hose jobs in college football history when they were penalized for their QB getting hurt. Penalizing Ole Miss for their coach leaving would be even worse. frick Ole Miss, but I would be irate on their behalf if that happened.
