I get it but why flail your arms out like that especially as a big. Gobert has always lacked discipline and Minnesota as a whole often toes the line between aggressive and reckless on defense. Then they run out of challenges and get mad and blame everyone and everything but themselves, kinda like a woman.

The ball was nowhere near where he swiped his hand.
I've seen Rudy do way worse than that one.

See, this is one of many, many reasons why the NBA is awful.

should be auto suspension next game after the review
the game is already broken due to a combination of the best/most efficient offense analytically being “solved” leading to no variety in offense sets plus the players and pace being so fast it’s so hard to officiate already…when you add in the dramatics and flops it makes it almost impossible to officiate.
and when so many games end up within a few points/possessions after four quarters to play, it makes the entire game feel pointless and leaves fans frustrated

He made up for it later in game. They reviewed and gave a flagrant 1.

The NBA is in a rough place right now. Gobert got a technical foul for that even after an extended review, which is just absurd. We're on pace for by far the most free throws in NBA history at this point in the season. Adam Silver is a disaster.
Also not surprising at all that this lowlight is from an OKC player.

it’s just not physically possible for refs to make calls in real time with how fast the players are running and how fast the game is
add in flopping and it, to me, makes the entire game pointless

It’s difficult to put into words how much I hate this Oklahoma City Thunder team

NBA has to start fining players who blatantly flop. They said they were going to start doing it, but you don’t see it often enough. It’s very simple to fix imo.

Do you like close games or not
