This is in Tennessee. In a district Trump won by 22.
GOP control of the House is hanging by a thread.

Hard to believe people will actually vote for her.

Why on earth is this district a tossup all of a sudden? Yeah, I’m not buying it.

This isn’t a Trump issue.
Everyone just watched the GOPe with the USSC, WH, house and senate overtly run out the clock on the first year of Trumps presidency.
They have no intention of passing anything to help struggling workers and have fought Trump as he attempts to onshore jobs.
Why should anyone vote for them other then to obstruct the left?
This is the second time they’ve subverted Trump, why wouldn’t people just start voting for free stuff until it all collapses?

It’s so frustrating. The GOP controls all branches of government including SCOTUS.

I can’t see any objective argument that they aren’t just controlled opposition.
Alex Jones being correct 80-90% of the time is the biggest surprise and one of the biggest disappointments of my adult life.

Who told you that? The dims control almost half of Congress with almost half of each branch. On top of that they control a significant part of the members that have an R by their name.
I contend that dims like Cassidy are not Republikaners just because the ran as republicans.
The Republicans don't control shite yet.

All you can do is just laugh at this point.

Because the low prop voters that voted for MAGA feel betrayed by Trump's big foreign policy focus. The honest pollsters (Big Data Poll and Rassmussen) have been stating this for a couple of months now, and we saw it with the November elections. It's not that they are voting blue now; it's that they have given up and are not voting at all.
Ignoring this reality will not make it go away. While I understand what Trump is doing and why, it does not mean the optics are not turning people off. The blue collar voters voted for America First, and they believe they are not getting that now.

Because people are tired of the Karl Rove wing of the party spitting in our faces.
Speaking for my own state, I’m not going out and voting for Dan Crenshaw because the Dem is bad. You try to shove Dan Crenshaw down my throat, I’m going to call your bluff. Enjoy the Democrat you just sent to congress because you thought you could force my hand, Karl.

Is President Trump also not out there promoting handing out free shite with his "tariff rebate" plan?

It really is as simple as this.

Better than taxpayer money going overseas or all the “free stuff” losers in America

That’s patronizing. So is fat shot price controls and other gimmicks.
Banning H1Bs is not a gimmick.
Taxing carried interest is not a gimmick.
Deporting 10X is not a gimmick.
Implementing Doge cuts is not a gimmick.
See the theme? Instead of doing the oligarch donor bidding and patronizing MAGA with trust the plan memes do real stuff.

But we are stopping wars that don’t impact us…..if Trump doesn’t improve this country the republicans are in big trouble

You need to remove your head from your arse. Only then will the GOP have a chance.

the polling was also tightening in VA and NJ
what are the actual chances she wins there?

I am on the ground here and there are a lot of reasons.
Democrats are fired up and motivated. In a special election that a majority of people do not know about that is huge.
Republicans are not motivated.
In fact, Republicans are sort of divided. There is a faction of flame-throwing Republicans that have taken over some of the county parties and have turned off many of the traditional Republicans. While not exclusively from out-of-state - the bulk of these flame throwers are from California. These people think Van Epps is an "establishment RINO" - that further distresses turnout and even has driven a small number to a 3rd party candidate.
Behn, for all her faults, has run a great campaign. She is constantly attending events across the district. She has been going right to rural voters and talking about rural health care and food costs. Republicans have not had time to paint her as the crazy she is.
I like Van Epps okay. But he has not run a great campaign. No where close to the number of events. Behn is visible, Van Epps s not. If it comes down to retail politics - Behn would win big. Van Epps has run a campaign like it is a regular mid-term or Presidential election as opposed to this entirely local special election.
