I can’t believe this CIA spook went to ABC without a better rehearsed line.

She admitted on abc to Raddatz they haven’t done anything illegal.

She knows exactly what she is doing with that response. Theoretically, by aligning that movie and its use of illegal orders with her statements, she created that spark in the soldiers' mindset.
Subliminally she is saying "illegal military orders" are so prevalent Hollywood had to make a movie about it using their biggest box office stars.
