After watching the Kiffin presser, I think we can rule out this being a big troll

Seriously, let’s stop with those threads.

If you get the urge, go watch his press conference. It couldn’t have been more awkward and uncomfortable.

He gone

Agreed. Trolling is fun.

That was not fun.

Agree. You don't troll your own team.

He has gotten a lot better and you can easily see the maturity in his answers

It seemed like literally the last thing on earth he wanted to be doing

This is not a troll, it’s a soft break up

I ruled that out after he had that meeting Friday and left without committing to Ole Miss. After that statement from them.

It feels like something has happened at ole Miss that nobody knows and he’s ready to get out of there.

Don’t worry there will still be 50+ dumbass threads talking about him trolling fanbases and universities. Some people can’t help themselves.

Same here but also kept it in my back pocket as a “you never know with this guy”

The press conference solidified it. No chance he is trolling.

Now, he may very well still stay. But it won’t be because it was the plan all along. It would be because he had a change of heart

You don’t troll when hundreds of millions of dollars and and a lot of powerful people are involved. The people that think he is doing all this for a troll job are clueless.

Agree completely

As stated, if he stays, it’s because he worked it out with OM or had a change of heart

That said, he gone

The Ole Miss media is saying the damage is done. This is not a troll job.

I just don’t understand why he’d do this to his current University if he was staying. He causing a lot more enemies there, and if he’s planning on signing an extension it makes no sense to keep putting them through this. There gonna pay the guy?

I don't think it's a troll but I also think he might stay.

He has either definitively decided to leave, or he hasn't decided yet.

If he does wind up staying, it won't be a troll, it's just that he simply decided to stay.

If you’ve never watched a Lane Kiffin pc before, this would probably look very odd. That’s a typical press conference for him tho

I was joking about the troll. It did seem off to me and after seeing clips again almost seemed like he was trying to reinforce a decision he was not certain about.

He son Knox has a high school playoff
game on the 28th as well. Wouldn’t think
he would want to have a negative impact
on his son’s high school career if Oxford HS
wins on Friday.

He really has no choice. The ncaa has yet again screwed shite up beyond imaginable. The portal and playoffs are broken. Any coach making the playoffs is going to deal with this crap.

For the 1st move in his life it’s not about him. I’ve said this before. I can see him trying to be a good dad here, he’s trying to watch out for his boy. He’s in the playoffs and they both have games Friday. He makes his decision public Saturday if he can keep it under wraps that long. I’m sure something breaks prior to this weekend with so much social media.
