The coaches get their contract paid out if fired. If they leave before the end of the season they screw around with the players ,
other coaches, and the fans. Not the same thing.

Florida should hire James Franklin. He would have them in the playoff hunt most years and he would be cheaper due to his buyout offset. Less money for the coach
