I’ve got an odd situation, my niece bought a defaulted on storage unit and it has several guns in it.
Several Deer Rifles
And A Sig Sauer multi caliber defense rifle
How do we verify that they are legal, and if so where / can she sell them.

Local sheriff dept I guess.
Anywhere would be legal.

Likely going to depend on what state. In MS, there is no such thing as a "registered firearm" and individual sales are legal and pretty much unregulated.
When she sales them, just be honest and tell the buyer where she got them and she doesn't know the background. Even easier is to just take them to a pawn shop.

unless one of them is an unregistered NFA firearm which is unlikely, they are all legal

Write the make model and serial #’s down. Bri g to your local SO. They should run for you to make sure they aren’t reported stolen. Do not bring them to the agency.
As far as selling it really depends on what you have and the condition . I’m curios about the Sig. post the make and model and a pic and I will look up a value for you. It might be a MCX Virtous.

Wish guns would fall into my lap sometime

This for sure, I would call sheriffs department and let them run serial #s.
Last thing you want to do is be toting around a stolen firearm or a firearm that’s been used to commit murder.
If serial #s check out, sell em

She bought them. They are legal. Sell them privately.

ATF recently granted FFL’s the ability to run firearm SN’s for stolen. Any gun dealer can do it.

She had me on facetime last night and it looked like this (below), my main concern is that she's not very bright and has four little kids.
She doesn't need to be handling guns, or any trouble with the Feds.
Google shows they are $2,500 new .

So what happens if they come back stolen or illegal ?
I'd assume they take them and she doesn't face any charges ?

That's what I told her to do yesterday, I'd take all of them (of course pay her) but she's an 8 hour, each way, car trip.

I'd buy the Sig from her if it's what you posted.
Eta: meaning The Torch buy it from her

About the only thing you can do is run serial numbers to see if they’ve been reported stolen. Local LEO should be able to assist.

Absolutely do not take them to a pawn shop. She will get her face ripped off.

good idea...may even make an offer on them

I'll give you a $100 for all and take those worries and concerns off your hands

Then there’s a thousand baws on this board who’ll buy them today. Worse comes to worse, have her take pics and takes pics to a pawn shop (if she doesn’t want to handle them) and pawn shop baws will likely pick them up,
