Why do I want Kiffin?

When it comes to getting guys off the portal he can win the battle for the best players. Guys want to play for him. When Kiffin sees a weakness then he's going to be able to fill that void. The only way Kelly could get guys off the portal is if he paid more than anyone else was willing.

I don’t like him. I wouldn’t want him around my program I fb I had a vote. Too much baggage. Why do you want him? Tell me one thing he’s ever won and change my mind. You can’t because he hasn’t. There are others that can do what he does without all of the other stuff that comes with him. I’m sure it’s not popular opinion but you asked.

100% agree. Remember, all of this same shite was said when we hired Kelly. “Give him LSU recruits.” “Give him LSU resources.” Remember that? Remember that he left 11-1 ND?
This job ate Kelly’s lunch and then some. I definitely worry about a personality like Kiffin running the show. I think it goes REALLY good or REALLY bad. No in between.

I don’t want him because he doesn’t give a frick about defense and that is not on brand for LSU and will get tiresome after awhile.

He is as good a coach as any of the others that have been mentioned. He is very entertaining with his trash talking and other antics!
Negative side is if don’t suit him just right, he will not hesitate to just pack his shite and take off (I.e.Tennessee).

I think Kiffin would do very well at LSU but I’m not going to get my hopes up until he gets off a jet at the Baton Rouge airport…

Multiple NFL starters on that team, experienced QB, 20 million portal roster, and didn’t make the playoffs.
