I love Kiffin, but Dillingham is very likely the Michigan State version of Nick Saban.

Kiffin is more proven and I’d be very happy with him, but it seems like we might still be missing out on something generational with Dillingham.

Based on what? Just vibes?

Based on what Saban was at MSU and what Dillingham is now at ASU. You have to look beyond just the record.
Emmert was able to look deeper than the record. I hope our admins can do the same in this search.

We don't care what you think about the skattebo jock rider

Nick Saban is the greatest coach in the history of the sport; it’s silly to look for him in every prospective coaching hire.

Saban had a much more extensive resume when LSU hired him vs what Dillingham has done so far
Social media and around the clock sports coverage wasn’t what it is now, but Saban was a known commodity that already had NFL overtures, some LSU fans think we just plucked him from obscurity

There will never be another Nick Saban

Hopefully Ole Miss hires him. If he turns out to be great in 6 years we can take him

Very likely Nick Saban

Are you claiming one RB carried the team? If that was the case, LSU would not be searching for a coach

I definitely am. Definitely. Have you watched Skatebo?

I personally get the same vibe from Dillingham.

Yes, and I’ve also watched Harlem Berry. Berry will be the better RB when he’s done with college

Skatebo is a great RB.
Berry has been comped to Reggie Bush.
