I bet they could in certain years.
But I just find it hard to believe they can do that every year like the majors can.

Maybe I’m wrong but, if they have that kind of booster money why is their stadium and facilities pretty meh?

So you don’t understand the rev share formula and how it works right? It’s def not throwing 40mm in a pot and calling it revenue ????????

When are y’all going to learn that these rich fricks will pull money somehow someway. It’s just a matter of if they have to. How do you think LSU is in this ring and they owe 50 million to shithead? Because money does not exist for these people. It’s not a matter of if they can afford it. It’s a matter of if they think it’s worth it.

Everyone spends 18 with rev share. We have been spending 20 every year before rev share. It isn't a super crazy number.

Ole Miss has not been spending $20 million on the roster “every year”. Y’all may have sniffed that number last season. Maybe.

They can’t do it consistently.
OM largest booster sells shitty outdated camo. It would fade quickly

Yeah. Ole Miss, one of the destination schools for New Orleans society not to mention Mississippi society has no money. Poor and broke they are.

Dumbassery. A posting ripe for Message Board Geniuses.

Ole Miss had a $10-15M roster last year when there was no rev share.

It’s not even remotely close to true.

I'm sorry that LSU just discovered NIL in the last 12 months but that doesn't mean that the rest of the conference hasn't been playing it for 4 years now.

Am I the only one that finds it strange that average Joes on the Internet think they have any clue how much money one university has or doesn’t have? I’m not even talking about just this situation, it happens all the time for all different schools

Like, where do you come up with your opinion? How did you come to the assumption that Ole Miss does not have this kind of money? I’m not trying to be an a-hole, I’m genuinely curious.

I didn’t say you haven’t been paying for 4 years. I said it hasn’t been remotely close to $20 million every year.

Well you are flat out wrong. that big A&M class with Walter Nolan and them cost 25 just for the high school class. They had portal NIL on top of it. You have no concept of the scale of these numbers. Do some research.

They can for ONE year. They can’t in a recurring basis. Huge difference.
