Shouldn't have been impeding a law enforcement vehicle.

That particular deterrent was bear spray. I have, well, I have some in supply.
It's strong. Painful just on the skin. Completely debilitating in the eyes, mouth and nose. You breathe it in, you're in hell for about 20 minutes.
