Kiffin is a flake and not a program builder. Let him go.

He’s obviously talented, an offensive savant, has mastered the portal, can recruit good coaches and manage a game etc, but he has shown he has zero loyalty, sincerity, and has bailed on his players multiple times. Dont sweat it, let him go. He’s not coming to LSU anyway.

We’re 7 hours into the rumors and we’re flying through the stages of grief already.

Not a popular take right now. At all. But you’re right.

Possibly a flake, but you’re definitely dumb.

I’d be disappointed, but I think we could still get a good coach. My problem is the last 2 hires were about as lazy as they could be.

God the way you people melt over a board that has been proven without a doubt throughout its time to always be wrong during coaching searches. Just because it’s wrong again is amazing. Literally every LSU fans #1 choice is now a flake because some troll got your hopes up and you’re let down now and don’t know how to deal with it emotionally. It’s hilarious and sad at the same time. Get a damn life.

Man, it really isn’t that fricking hard.

If you don’t know how to spell it just look at any of the 500 threads with his name in them.

Kiffin is a Frat boy version of Ed. No ethics or moral integrity with either one. Shady as hell.

Kiffin’s dad was shady as well.

If it happens there may be some initial success, but in the long run he will leave the program no better than it is now and likely leave it worse off especially if he brings that scum Ed back. LSU will be paying its arse off or using of donor money that could be better spent for those results.

This has always been my thought too. He's basically a really good OC, but is not really elite head coaching material. Maybe that will change this year with a playoff run, but up until now his only skin on the wall is a loss in a non-playoff Sugar Bowl.

I am pretty indifferent about hiring him, and if we do not I will not be upset.
