Morning coffee while listening to music/podcast and working on side projects/interests. Hit the gym in the afternoon. Do laundry/pack bag for the airport. Make dinner then wind down before bed with a movie or tv show.

My bunch goes to church, sometimes I go with them. Biscuits and gravy while we listen to religious music on the back porch. Nap, help my daughter set up her lunch order for school for the week.
If I am offshore it's just the same as every other day.

2 cups of coffee
Run a 5k. The route I take is exactly 3.13 miles
Eat brunch at a restaurant or cook something for lunch
Watch football and have a few beers
Have a bourbon and go to sleep. I get up early on Mondays

Wake up, thank the Lord my God for another day, shower, suit up for motorcycle ride(weather permitting), then whatever else the day brings(mow grass, chores, etc) always leaving time for cigar & bourbon in afternoon…
