LSU: Similar to Florida, the Tigers are positioning themselves to make a run at Lane Kiffin. If Kiffin does not pick LSU, whenever that may be, the expectation is that Missouri’s Eli Drinkwitz will be a key name to watch.
Please send emails. This loser would be unacceptable as our head coach:
sballard@lsu.edu
vousebe1@lsu.edu
You can use the following to beef up your email:
Drinkwitz is 0-15 since 2020 against SEC teams that finish with a winning conference record.
Against ranked teams
2020: 1-4, -97 point differential
2021: 0-3, -75 point differential
2022: 1-2, -35 point differential
2023: 3-2, +28 point differential
2024: 0-3, -69 point differential
2025: 0-3, -10 point differential
Total: 5-17, -258 point differential
Out of the five ranked wins he has during his tenure at Missouri…
beat LSU in 2020, who finished 5-5.
beat South Carolina in 2022, who finished 7-5.
beat Kansas State in 2023, who finished 8-4.
beat Kentucky in 2023, who finished 6-6.
beat Tennessee in 2023, who finished 8-4.

Imagine thinking Pete Nakos knows a damn thing

You can laugh all you want. The reality is, unless we do something, Drinkwitz is our next coach

Drink & Baker 2.0 in BR

Great analysis

We won't be excited for Drink
just a hard pass on him
I mean dang we had someone post last night, I think it was Hero who said Lanning was LSU's top target
that makes ZERO sense, knowing it's public knowledge Oregon has his financially locked Lanning in because "we're tired of losing coaches"
why would LSU waste thier time on something that has zero chance of happening?
So, I don't think we had him #1 on the list
I think we had Saban #1, he said no thank you after consideration, then we moved to Lane and offered him on Thursday
that's where things are if I had to guess based on reading this board the last 3 weeks

He’s got more dad jokes and goofy sneakers than we’ll be ready for.

Who is Pete Nakos and why should we care what he says?

The hate Drink gets just because he looks nerdy is so wild

A couple of dozen posters emailing the BoS and Verge isn't going to sway their opinion. If there is one thing Verge knows, it is football. If he says a guy is a good coach, I'll take his word over yours or mine.

Wow, jump to conclusions much? Nobody, I mean nobody knows what LSU is going to do. People who claim to have sources are lying, and that includes “national sports writers”.

2020 Missouri 5–5 5–5 3rd (Eastern)
2021 Missouri 6–7 3–5 T-4th (Eastern)
2022 Missouri 6–7 3–5 T-4th (Eastern)
2023 Missouri 11–2 6–2 2nd (Eastern)
2024 Missouri 10–3 5–3 T–4th
2025 Missouri 7–3 3–3
Pretty good for at Missouri I'd say. He’s not a homerun but who is.

Drink is a good coach. A damn good one.
There is a cap on what one can accomplish at Missouri and that’s a fact.
None of these people would have hired Saban from Sparty

It’s more fun to be ignorant and not acknowledge any context.
