That isn’t a typo. 0 and SIXTEEN. And don’t make excuses for him. Gary Pinkel didn’t need excuses to win at Mizzou
I told y’all this is an outcome! Email Verge and Scott Ballard!!!

He’d be 10+ million to come here!!

You can use the following to beef up your email:

Drinkwitz is 0-15 since 2020 against SEC teams that finish with a winning conference record.

Against ranked teams
2020: 1-4, -97 point differential
2021: 0-3, -75 point differential
2022: 1-2, -35 point differential
2023: 3-2, +28 point differential
2024: 0-3, -69 point differential
2025: 0-3, -10 point differential

beat Kansas State in 2023, who finished 8-4.
beat Kentucky in 2023, who finished 6-6.

If you answer these, I’ll email verge too 1.)Where would Missouri, as a program, rank to you in within the SEC? 2)Of the 15 losses vs SEC Teams with winning records, how many were Missouri favored in? Better yet, how many of these games were they not double digit under dogs in? 3)of all of Drinkwitz's losses at Missouri, how many were losses when Missouri was favored in their game?

1. Not high up but they did make multiple SEC championships under a coach not named Drinkwitz
2. This season they were underdogs by 3.5 to Bama, 7 to A&M (got crushed at home), -2.5 to Vandy. That’s my point. He NEVER beats teams that he shouldn’t. Those aren’t huge spreads and he can’t get it done AT HOME

Very weird. People like Lester Earl think:

“ 28 wins, 9th most in P4
-19 home wins, 3rd most in P4
-14 SEC wins
-11 wins vs = .500 teams
-5 wins vs Top 25 teams
-3 wins vs Top 15 teams
-22-0 record when favored”

Overshadows 0-15 against SEC teams that finish with a winning record. Don’t take my word for it and look at his Wiki page. He beats cupcakes and average teams. Loses to good one

How about just start with the fact that he’s 0-15 in the regular season in the last 3 years against teams that finish over 500

We already had Brian Kelly. Folks on another board who know him say:

1. His personality is nearly exactly like Kellys. Without the wins
2. Players HATE playing for him but are well compensated
3. He makes 9 million now so we’d have to pay 10+ million to get this guy

If Dork is such a hard worker than why has me never beaten an SEC team that finished with a winning conference record?
Okay well you’re ignoring the other two which are way more relevant
It’s because he’s

1. 0-15 against SEC teams that finish with a winning record

2. He’s a weirdo

3. It would take 10+ million to hire him here

Franklin would have been better. Heupel IS better

Cherry picked? Dude has never beaten an SEC team that finished with a winning conference record. If you don’t think that’s a red flag, not sure what to tell you.

Thing was, it’s wasn’t his idea. His AD (at the time) made him hire an OC and give up play calling duties. Bush Hamdan took over play call duties first, but Drink wouldn’t give him the full authority over the offense and they decided it was best for him to move on, so he took the Boise State gig. Kirby came in and saved his career at Mizzou tbh, and the numbers and record back that up. His Kirby hire worked out for him NO DOUBT, but he also famously got rid of Ryan Walters to go out and get Steve Wilks as DC and it was a total failure.
lol Florida does not have better NIL than LSU. Especially with Austin Thomas

He’s got a D2 QB with a 3 star team. Imagine what he could do with Florida or LSUs resources and not a middle school stadium
