So listen, we all know, everyone in BR has a source. The town isnt that big. Everyone had a grandpa who was a state senator in the 80s or a friend close to the BOS or knows people at Catholic, Uhigh, etc…
I have “sauces” who doesnt? The truth is, nothing is done until announced and signed.
We have offered Saban, why not, the media coverage alone would reimburse LSU for the costs and elevate the program. Lets all be honest, exposure and money are what matter to decision makers. Saban likely hasnt said no, but almost certainly hasnt said yes. Then there is Kiffin, he is the target (outside of the goat) clearly. I know inquiries have been made, but it cant be agreed to until the season is over and for Lane it isnt. I know, this post is a big nothing. But the truth is, LSU asks Saban out of due diligence and then pursues Kiffin all out. The other guys (maybe with the exception of Freeman bc of his family in the area), all of them, would come here in a heartbeat. Regardless of what anyone says, LSU is a phenomenal program and opportunity for a coach wanting to build/create/enlarge a legacy. Its Saban or Kiffin, likely Kiffin. If LSU gets left hanging by Kiffin, then we go down the list. But honestly, anyone is better than BK. Anyone. In short, its Saban or Kiffin (likely Kiffin).

It could be Saban. Or it could be Kiffin. Or it could be someone else.

We havent offered Saban. Verge asked him if he wanted back in and Ms Terry shot that shite down before he was allowed to answer
We either have an offer or are in the process of offering Kiffin.
After that its up for grabs. Verge likes Freeman but likely very little chance of that happening. Ballard likes Drink but everyone else seems to hate that idea. Dilly Dilly gaining some steam according to some sources including Nakos - he was up to 3rd on his hot board yesterday.
But yes, the truth is nobody here really knows shite because its all a fluid situation.

Wrong. I know a question was asked. Was it official, maybe not. But to say we didnt ask is not reality. Of Course LSU asked, its malpractice not to ask him. Everyone saying it def not this guy or that is betting on being right because the odds are low, but its not true information. Odds say, no way Saban is coming… but of course he was asked.

Not to mention, the “Mrs.Terry” narrative is BS. A guy like Saban is only “controlled” by his wife as much as he wants to be. Stop with that, we hear it too much, she isnt that powerful

If you want somebody who does the things a successful head coach does, then yes. If you want an aspiring golfer and wine connoisseur, you could do worse than BK.

As of today, It will Not be Saban - from his side.

I'd like a firm NO from Lanning as the step before Kiffin.

But the million dollar question is, how long do we wait on Kiffin? We cannot get caught with our pants down waiting for this guy.

You know what tom….i believe you

Its pretty common to refer to women as Ms first name or Mrs last name, no?
Ms Terry. Mrs Saban. Mrs Terry seems weird?
Ms =/= Miss
And to say Nick isnt controlled by Terry is pretty laughable. Go watch that birthday video. "Get up" His arse up before she finish pronouncing the last syllable.
I'm sure Verge asked his friend, Nick, if he wanted back in the game. That's different than presenting an offer to Nick or his agent.
