Jeff Brohm has better wins than Lane

He is in extension talks with Louisville, it’s his Alma mater, it’s probably a tough sell.
That being said, the more I see the numbers being thrown around in regards to Lane…dude lol frick all that.
Brohm has beaten #2 Ohio State, #3 Michigan State, #2 Miami, and #2 Iowa (lol)
Kiffin has…#4 Oregon back in 2011
I would love Lane at LSU, but not for some ridiculous $12-14million a year contract. Let UF or Ole Miss pay that shite
Brohm is currently at $6million, barring an extension, get him at LSU for $8.5 and throw the bank at NIL. He would fricking roll

I think Brohm would be an excellent hire. I kind of wish he was our 1a/1b. It's going to be a tough pull from Louisville, but it's worth a shot. If he wants to compete for titles I'm not sure Louisville is the place for that, even in the NIL days.

Brohm is the KING of Louisville. Hes not leaving. This isnt just an alma mater situation - his father and brother both played there as well as himself.
Hes using this interest to get a better contract and get facility / NIL improvements at Louisville.

Our interest in Brohm is what prompted the extension talks. Until it's signed though, we have a chance.

Do you ever sit back and ask yourself why someone isn't be linked to a job?
Its usually one of two reasons. Either the Coach or school has no interest or secretly something is being discussed and they are leaking other information to keep the attention off of it.
In this case it would be that Brohm has no interest because of his ties to Louisville. LSU is a better job but that doesn't mean that its a better job to or for him with his connection there. C'mon.
