I guess there is nothing the dude can do to get fired??? 2 wins, lack of effort, horribly unprepared every game, blown out by double digits several times a week. Dude apparently unfireable. Maybe the front office is impressed with his 44% winning average?

I'm not renewing my tickets next year if they don't make a change. They need to be more serious about winning.

I'm not going to make excuses, as I think it's time to move on. But we are playing without our top player and 4 out of our top 8. We still shouldn't be getting blown out, but nobody is scheming this team to a .500 record with this level of talent. Players have to play and show out when given the opportunity. Green is making everything worse and maybe a new approach/vision will inspire a turnaround. But guys making millions shouldn't need to be motivated to perform..

Dude, Willie shoudve been fired last year. There is nothing he can do with a poor roster or a good roster. It’s time.

I'm not disagreeing with you. It's beyond time to make a move.

I just don't get the expectation that it will result in a massive turnaround. We should be more focused on blaming the players. Zion make 20-30x more than Green, yet gets less than half of the blame. Even worse it looks like he'll get to pick the replacement coach, that he is puling for.

If a coach is as important as everyone on here thinks, why are they paid so low?

Gayle thought it was a good effort too. Job Evaluation moved back to Christmas holidays now. Oh wait can’t fire anyone during Christmas. Job evaluation to be looked at sometime next year. I’m just thinking like our front office.

You renewed after 21 wins, rolling back Willie, Dumars and unprotected picks?

Gayle deserves zero renewals with both franchises floundering at the bottom.

Nico Harrison is about to get the boot there’s no reason that Willie can’t be fired right now.

This was my reaction when they hired Dumars. Don't regret it at all.

Enough with the "buts" man. There's no excuses for Willie to be the coach. Regardless of who is out, the team doesn't play to it's potential. Ever. We literally just let Grayson Allen cook us

Looking around the league last night at all the close games really brought home how far away the Pels seem to be. Four 20+ point losses in 10 games? Another miserable start to a season? Another Zion injury death watch?

I don't put all this on Green by any means. The fact that this team can't stay competitive without Zion--or often even with him--is a larger issue. But the inconsistency, the wild swings in effort and outcomes from night to night, the constant problem of giving up HUGE 15, 20, 25 point runs to other teams, does feel coaching related.

Dumars set a standard. He said the team would compete. Forty percent of nights it's not doing that. This is damaging. It's damaging to the players, especially the young guys. It's damaging to the fan base. It's damaging to the organization to not enforce the standards you set out for yourself.

It's time to make a move and see if another voice can make a difference.
