Cauliflower. I had physical reactions to it.
Now I can’t get enough as long as it’s roasted.

Green peas fresh out of the garden were so awesome that my parents didn’t force me to eat the canned/frozen stuff. I purposely grew peas as a kid to avoid the canned crap.
My big no go, still to this day is Fart Flower (cauliflower).

Cooked tomatoes, eggplant, or any other vegetable that turns slimy when cooked because I didn't like the texture.

My mom was a great cook-provided a great meal every night for five people. The problem was that there were 6 of us. If it hit the plate, we ate it.

Mayonnaise, olives, cabbage, and tomatoes but only on hot foods like burgers.
Still not a mayo fan, but I no longer want to burn the restaurant down if they mess up and put it on my food.

Meatloaf. Got food poisoning from it when I was 8. I threw up at the sight of it the next time my mom made it. Still to this day have never ate it again

I had my silverware duct taped to my hands when I tried to "win" that war.

Greens. Turnip, collard, mustard, etc. We had them at school nearly every day and I balked at them. Some time in my twenties a switch flipped and I started liking them.
