Weissman has been out of public office since 2019, and the last 2 years he was with the Mueller investigation (which is legal and was created by the Trump admin, not the "Deep State"). The SOL for almost all the crimes alleged is 5 years. So how is he going to jail?

You have to connect the dots from 2017 until that "last act" and it will be hard considering the Mueller investigation will cleanse any conspiracy.
Weismann (and Clapper,. Brennan, Comey, Page, Strozk, etc.) being out of governmetn so long with no way to be part of a conspiracy is going to make that "dot connecting" very difficult.
From the beginning of CFH until now you have 4 separate admins (Obama, Trump, Biden, and Trump) and completely different groups of unrelated people along the way. The first Trump admin is going to make this REAL hard, b/c to have that conspiracy ongoing you're going to need to find that connective tissue in his admin, as none of the CFH crew was in government.
5 years runs to November 9, 2020.
Considering so much of this purported conspiracy was centered around the election in 2020, the SOL has run for many of those overt acts by this time.

Judge Cannonis the most obviously corrupt federal judge I’ve ever seen in action, and I’ve seen a couple, including the Middle District of Louisiana a couple of decades ago, and that was bad
