Imagine getting worked up on a Sunday because slimeball Andrew Weissmann might finally face justice.
Posted on 11/9/25 at 11:01 am to Major Dutch Schaefer
... seems weird that he is complaining about "behavior of the judge " , "procedural behavior"?
Why not, "U R Barking up the wrong tree", sort of thing?
I think something else is going on
A different scope perhaps , that's why he looks really scared.

Yeah, who could predict that you would ask people on the internet to explain in detail what is reserved for a court of law to sus out? Like, anyone and everyone who reads your retarded posts day after day. But yes, these subpoenas will be used to determine potential prosecutorial misconduct on things we were shouting for the rafters that looked like prosecutorial misconduct AT THE TIME from a guy with a well known history of prosecutorial misconduct.
Again, the lengths you go to to try to win internet points is simply absurd. Meanwhile, these things we told you years ago would happen continue to come to pass and you have to change your stances from, "no chance that is happening" to, "well yeah, it looks like it may have happened, but now you need to prove it, courts and due process be damned, prove it right here on an Internet discussion board".
You seriously behave like a 12 year old.

You are the one speaking so confidently about this and then retreating when asked to show your work.

What, specifically?
You can't hid behind the "prosecutors will figure it out" stuff here, as you specifically included your own perceptions/arguments from the time.

Again here you conflate generalities and specifics.

Says the guy who spoke with such confidence (without any justification) a sentence earlier

Judge Cannonis the most obviously corrupt federal judge I’ve ever seen in action,
Imagine the cojones it takes to type these words in a world where Jeb Boasberg draws breath from the federal bench.

And to clear up some of your earlier retardation about an investigation and it's actions being legally appointed... What doesn't follow, is the idea that an investigation can be legally appointed, but it's actions not be. That's what is meant by "this doesn't necessarily follow", but you know that as well. You're just continuing to be retarded.

He has been subpoenaed by a federal grand jury. The statute of limitations has expired, thus he can’t take the 5th on anything that occurred more than 5 years ago. He can’t lie either. Quite the pickle isn’t it ? Truthfully respond and lay out all of the BS with Crossfire and the lawfare tactics, or lie to the grand jury create a new felony. We both know that when you were subpoenaed to testify before federal grand jury, then you will only be asked questions of things with the answers are already known and can be proven. He is screwed one way or the other.

Oh gee, let's look at what I asked you
quote:
What was illegal about the formation and actions of the Mueller investigation?
And what I said previously
quote:
Legally-formed SC that did legal actions.
You did not answer the bolded portion, either.

Well people are alleging it hasn't, so he still can. Quite the pickle for the admin.

You can go back and check on my posts about Mueller and all things Russia. I was very critical of it and thought it ALL bullshite.
But you can't hold Weissman liable for his actions in the probe especially since he was part of the Specicial Counsel's investigation that was initiated by Trump and his Deputy AG.....or are you going to rewrite history?

You really don't know what you are talking about. Spell it out .
Posted on 11/9/25 at 11:26 am to KCT
In this instance how? If you are talking Mueller, he is protected via statute. The office investigated and ultimately the findings showed no collusion . No prosecutions other than a few Russians in absentia for bullshite activities....and Manafort for Tax Evasion

Instead of spelling it out.
And then you displayed you're not good at reading English

Nothing. That's why I can clearly see that you provided no details as usual when asked to do so

The dude was caught out shredding exculpatory evidence and has had numerous convictions overturned. How he hasn't been disbarred is hard to understand unless our government just seems to like having attorneys around with no ethical value whatsoever.
