WSJ article

TL; DR:

Operation Warp Speed was originally instituted to give cancer patients faster access to cutting edge cancer-fighting drugs

Melanoma patients had significantly improved survival rates after taking Covid injections

Its remarkable. Cancer deaths have dropped to 0 for people taking the China Virus shot. Because they die from the shot instead.

What a sad state we live in that I don’t believe anything that comes out of the news anymore.

Since this is an Opinion piece, I figured I’d find the bias pretty easily, and here it is.

Lawmakers should take note: Pulling back on mRNA research now would risk squandering the most promising advances in cancer care in a generation.

This is the author:

Presidents from both parties have promised to wage a war on cancer, but progress has been slow and the results have fallen short of the rhetoric. With continued investment in mRNA research, Donald Trump could turn the stalemate against cancer into a decisive breakthrough.

That may sound ambitious, but it’s backed by compelling new data. Researchers at the University of Texas’ MD Anderson Cancer Center and the University of Florida have found that patients with non-small-cell lung cancer who received an mRNA Covid vaccine within 100 days of beginning immune checkpoint inhibitors had a median overall survival of 37.3 months—nearly double that of patients who didn’t receive the vaccine.

Does the actual data sound biased to you?

Yep, you really can't and that is terribly sad.

Here’s the problem (my main point of not trusting anything anymore), is that both of those schools are public universities and receive grants from the Government (our tax money) to do the research.

I’m not against my tax dollars going towards cancer research, I actually like that. I just don’t know what’s true and what’s not anymore. The article is clearly a lobbying effort to keep the money coming in for their research efforts.

But you also read an entire article and form an intelligent opinion about the actual facts that are presented and make your decisions.

Or, you can read Facebook or trust "influencers"...

( not you in particular...)

Here is the actual study the opinions are based on:

Archived from Nature

Abstract:

quote:

Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) extend survival in many patients with cancer but are ineffective in patients without pre-existing immunity1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9. Although personalized mRNA cancer vaccines sensitize tumours to ICIs by directing immune attacks against preselected antigens, personalized vaccines are limited by complex and time-intensive manufacturing processes10,11,12,13,14. Here we show that mRNA vaccines targeting SARS-CoV-2 also sensitize tumours to ICIs. In preclinical models, SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccines led to a substantial increase in type I interferon, enabling innate immune cells to prime CD8+ T cells that target tumour-associated antigens. Concomitant ICI treatment is required for maximal efficacy in immunologically cold tumours, which respond by increasing PD-L1 expression. Similar correlates of vaccination response are found in humans, including increases in type I interferon, myeloid–lymphoid activation in healthy volunteers and PD-L1 expression on tumours. Moreover, receipt of SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccines within 100 days of initiating ICI is associated with significantly improved median and three-year overall survival in multiple large retrospective cohorts. This benefit is similar among patients with immunologically cold tumours. Together, these results demonstrate that clinically available mRNA vaccines targeting non-tumour-related antigens are potent immune modulators capable of sensitizing tumours to ICIs.

I get your point, and typically agree.

But it appears the facts ( much longer survival rates) show amazing promise.

These "researchers" want more people to take the shots because the turbo cancer they cause is good for staying in business

Gene editing using mRNA is a very promising field. I did my masters thesis using mRNA inject via T4 bacteriophage and that was almost 20 years ago. I always thought the best use was individual approach, not mass injection. It's starting individually though. I know of a few people trying to get into trials for gene editing to correct genetic issues.

Powerful statement.

Its close to impossible to fake clinical trial survival data. That information is all from the patient's medical records, as opposed to translational or basic scientists farking images or punching fake numbers into excel spreadsheets.

Thank you for taking the time to point out the obvious bias of who is pushing this narrative.

So you disagree with the facts of the article?

From the start, I had heard that COVID shots were an offshoot of cancer research.

So it should come as no surprise if there is a benefit of lower chances of cancer.

I could be wrong, but didn’t big pharma fake the data behind the initial vaccine trials?

Just want to clarify that I’m not against this research. It does seem promising, I just have no clue who to trust anymore. That’s it, not trying to discredit this discovery.

I'm not sure I understand this logic. "The people who work on cancer and vaccines can't be trusted to give us information on cancer and vaccines." So who do we listen to? Our cousin who works at the plants and posts about the vaccines on Facebook?
