Is it time to ditch the word "conservative"

For the last 50 years it seems, "conservatives" have only been "conserving" the victories of the left from a decade ago. Notice how if you want to roll back gay marriage, Obamacare, massive increase in entitlements, immigration, government jobs, environmental regs etc, you are attacked by the "principled conservatives"
Theres nothing left to conserve really. The America we had before 2000 is so far gone that it its basically history book stuff. The current political establishment has conceded all of the territory gained by the left.
All the terminology we use is passive and signifies we are on defense. Progressives by their very name are always on offense, always pushing the envelope, while we are just desperately try and hold them back.
Even with the Presidency, House, and Senate, we win nothing back. We cant even codify the cuts by DOGE. The Senate is far more likely to give the Dems a victory to fund the government than they are to end the filibuster and start actually doing something.

It Has Begun.
Are You Clueless?
It was all Dem states and Dems won .
You fell for the psych ops from a DEM pollster and Media setting you up
with ridiculous expectation .
A Trump pollster stated it was going to be a Dem election sweep in the NY Post on Monday .

The good guys don't win this one, long term.
The bad guys will have total control over America in less than 40 years.
Trump is just a speed bump.

There has been almost no conservative influence in American politics since Newt Gingrich in the early mid 1990s.
The overwhelming majority of Americans have no desire for it, in real terms. Any candidate that ran on balancing the budget, cutting debt, cutting spending, keeping taxes low would lose in a massive landslide.

Pat Buchanan was the lifeline that was rejected

I think there should be a sit down strike of producers in this country (who are all conservatives btw) to rein in all this
If truckers, engineers, linemen, operators, frack baws, farmers, miners, etc all struck out for a couple weeks these libs would give up their right to vote to get the lights turned on and a little bit of food
Why should people who don’t produce be allowed to pass taxes and stupid laws on the ones who do?

Don't go off changing verbiage and playing that leftist game of manipulating well-defined and understood terminology to mean something else entirely or introducing new, ambiguous words and phrases to sound more inclusive and less controversial. That's socialist/communist bullshite that is costing us not only our country, but our language.

Im not talking about changing verbiage. Im talking about a new movement where we shape the country how we want it shaped. Like I said, America of old is gone. There is no conserving ashes. Instead we go on offense and make them defend their clown world

From Casino Royale, 1953
Bond, "Today we are fighting communism. Okay. If I'd been alive fifty years ago, the brand of conservatism we have today would have been damn near called communism and we should have told to go and fight that."

Are you saying emerging Republican leaders need to craft a new strategy to “expand the tent”?

People want free stuff and limited accountability.
This thinking that people just want steady jobs, homes and happy families is outdated- that's the ever shrinking white man's version of this Land of Opportunity.
Collectivism is the way our country has been going and will continue to go.

Believe it or not...im not clueless. I knew the communist was gonna win NY. It think its gonna be hilarious to watch it fail. That said, their ideas failing NEVER SLOWS THEM DOWN. Look at California, they only keep getting more blue despite their once awesome cities turning into shitholes.
They dont win on ideas, they win on demographic change and class warfare

So you come in here telling Republicans to get rid of the word "conservative", without an alternative word?
Let me guess, you think "progressives" create progress.
