Tonight was a barometer on who really controls the Democratic Party. All of these “major” midterm elections were in heavy blue states. There’s a reason why even Obama didn’t back Mamdani- bc they know the Democrat party can’t win generals with these extremist candidates. But here they are.

He met with him all throughout the election.

Obama is Mamdani at half speed with better PR.

The commie is winning by a larger margin than the “moderate Dems”.

I remember 10 years ago when the Republicans couldn’t possibly win if they nominated Trump.

Hope you're right but I'm not so sure. I think more and more Americans are wanting Big Titty Mama government to take care of them and if that means electing Muslim Socialists/Marxists so be it.

NYC’s mayoral election isn’t a barometer for anything. Spanberger and Sherrill are both pretty moderate for the modern Democratic Party

But the media has succeeded in making you think NYC’s major matters nationally.

The Republican Party pre Trump is why the constitutional republic is in peril.

Lol you need a reality check.

These people hate you and want you dead. The sooner you realize this the better. They openly discuss it and vote for candidates that promote it.

This is just the beginning of the vile filth these people will elect. And I’m telling you this as a former Democrat voter. The days of Bill Clinton are done.

The future of American politics is conservative populism vs socialism.

The DNC has wanted to go socialist since Bernie in 2016.

This shite will spread faster than the plague in the current environment. Lots of young people have been radicalized.

Would you consider Jay Jones "pretty moderate" as well?

Remember when you got outed as an intern for Mary Landrieu? Good times, queer.

And OP, this “win” never works. The media will provide cover for all of this foreigner’s failures.

Take a chill pill. NYC is in no way an indicator of this country’s political pulse. It is, however, a good indicator on who is steering the Democrat ship

No idea But I’ll have to admit that I have paid not attention to who Virginia’s attorney general is. I don’t care who North Dakota’s attorney general is either.

Not midterms. Those are next year. When the trash will be out for all to see & NYC will have chaos all around.

The corporate media will try and blame Trump but all will see that most of the money & achievers will abandon the city.

The elections tonight tell us nothing. Sears was never going to win VA. The only race republicans had a shot with was NJ, but even there I expected a loss by around 6-8 points. Looks like it will be a double digit loss, but still not sure that tells us anything.
