The weapons they could add defensively without his contract and old accurate qbs throwing to these guys they may have a couple super bowls already

Yeah the guy that carried their sorry defense and HC to within a blown call of a Super Bowl ring is the problem. They clearly functioned as a highly successful organization prior to Burrow.

Once again, and I imagine itll have to be said a million more times for people who dont know or dont look up shite before talking. The Bengals still have 30 million in cap space this year. That means they didnt feel like paying players even though they could have gotten 2 big FAs for defense with that money.
Additionally they have spent like 10 top 3 rd picks the last 4 years on defense and non of them have panned out. So they are investing ALL of their draft capital into the defense and it stinks.
To recount. They have money but wont spend, and they draft all their valuable picks on d and they suck.

The eagles have just as much money tied up in their QB and offensive weapons, and way more tied up in their offensive line.
Lions have just as much invested in their offense. But those teams either still spend on defense and/or draft well.
