Elie Mystal trashes the US Constitution as a "white man's document"

With our modern internet, any fool can stand on a soapbox .

This may be a bit controversial, but I don’t necessarily disagree with him. This is why immigration and the 19th amendment has been such a disaster.

I am starting to think that really only Christian men of Western European descent are capable of working within the Constitutions framework. Everyone else just wants to kill and enslave other, or
Just be handed their basic needs.

Might be controversial... but I'd rate this as true.

For the most part, anyone not in the above said group either rails against it or pushes for fundamental change.

Also, everyone not in the above group also has a deep and understood duty to promote their group more than other groups. How many times have you heard:

As a black man/woman
As a woman
As a person of color
As a member of the LGBTQ community
As a Latino/Latina
As a muslim
As a _fill in the blank_

No one expects Mr. White Christian Dude to do that... his duty is to be as fair as possible to all.

It is why I have a hard time even considering voting for people that are part of a "protected group"... even if they don't want to do it or don't start out that way, they have considerable pressure to represent and promote their checkbox. Some resist, few succeed in resistance.

These people hate for a living, it’s also their whole being of existence. They hate the country supposedly yet they have the abilities to do want they choose to do. Not once have I ever heard them call for the chance to move to the lands that they say they were stolen from. They complain that they all held down by the white people but have laws specifically for them to advance when white people are told no. They have college eligibility where whites and Asians are told that being smarter isn’t enough because blacks are needed.
