Streets are packed with lobo vehicles and my neighborhood looks like Mexico/Guatemala right now. I live in Garden Oaks for my Houston baws btw. For all those shaming that neighborhood HOA for trying to prevent this deserves a clown sticker.

Lucky. I only had a dozen or so groups. Now I have like 10 bags of candy I'll have to shamefully pawn off on my coworkers.

You should just sit in the chair right outside your house dressed as an ICE agent. No one will dare come up to your door. Hell, they’ll probably leave your neighborhood entirely.

What kind of candy were you handing out? Churros?

Is this supposed to be a subtle brag?

Should switch to Churus, which will get you all the pussy in the neighborhood, guaranteed.

Hundreds of kids in my neighborhood and I know the vast majority don't live here. Who cares? They're kids. Go where the candy is!!!

My neighborhood does not allow door to door trick or treaters.

We have a trunk or treat at the clubhouse. There will be a lot of wine drunk moms tonight.

In Garden Oaks as well and can confirm, but they were all pretty respectful.

It's one night. Give kids some candy and stop complaining. At least they're bringing back going to people's homes again instead of that sad trunk or treat crap.

I've had four kids total. Lot's of candy for me this week(end).

I'm also three beers into the World Series game so for those of you placing prop bets in Vegas on whether or not I will have more beers or trick-or-treaters, the beer is looking like a solid call.

Man who gives a shite? I'd be happy that they're having a good time and assimilating by participating in the American style Halloween

Had over 100 kids. Pretty impressive turnout. And the moms were pretty impressive.

The cute kids who arrive early are great but it quickly turns to 16 year olds not even dressed for Halloween, just t shirt and jeans wanting free candy.

So I quit handing out candy all together.

We had a sheriff hanging out in his patrol car near the front of the neighborhood. Didn’t notice any infiltrators this year

I don’t see a problem as long as the kids and their accompanying adults are polite and enjoying themselves…and not a bunch of older teenagers with backpacks and no costumes
