Chief Kirkpatrick aka Chief Crazy Cat Lady earned some points with me today saying that if these clowns in City Council cut her budget (because they refuse to be held accountable by an oversight committee) she is gonna quit.

I hope she does. New Orleans needs to face some seriously hard lessons ASAP. Everyone on City Council should be run out of town. Moreno should be recalled on her 2nd day in office.

Total hard reset. Unplug the city. Count to 10 and then plug it back in.

Imagine the level of lawlessness the city is about to face soon. Going to be epic.

Given what has just transpired, Landry should call a special session of the legislature in to pass a law mandating that the state appoint a fiscal auditor to inspect the books and records over Orleans Parish. The appointment should be for no less than three years, and the auditor shall have authority over all the books and records, spending and receipts, and any other financial issues dealing with Orleans Parish.

There should be mandatory prison time for anyone who tries to hide or destroy records or in anyway attempts to thwart the efforts of the fiscal auditor. Any such prosecution should be handled by the state Attorney General rather than the corrupt DA of Orleans Parish.

Clearly, someone is trying to hide something.

agree the theft going on in New Orleans is biblical in scale.

But the last few days Landry has proven that he's an incompetent fool. I wish he would just go hide like Latoya

They all are trying to hide.

Loans come with an audit. Otherwise, the State is just throwing away money.

Will also be interesting when LSU is playing in the R+L Carriers Bowl in the Superdome in Dec.

How bad is it in NOLA? They murdered that nice talented Chef Carl Morgan during a carjacking as he waited to pick up his child from daycare. He was picking up his child at daycare for pete's sake.
