Is this an open container? What’s the difference between a screw on cap beer?

Put it in the trunk and don't break the speed limit.

From what I have been told by police officers, it is all about accessibility. If you have the seal broken, but it is in the trunk, it is not a problem.

Use one of the 40 yeti tumblers you probably habe and mix a stiff drink. Throw empty liquor bottle in trash and go about your day.

just keep it between your legs so it doesn't spill and drive as fast as possible to get there quickly with it.

Move to Mississippi.

Open liquor containers are encouraged.

Technically yes but unless the cop is searching your car they shouldn't be able to see it

I got pulled over once with one of those 10 gallon jugs full of booze strapped into the front passenger seat once and he didn't even question it

Why do people keep talking about a trunk? What the hell is a trunk?

Only break one law at a time is my rule. If I am driving home after work and want to drink a beer, don't speed, use blinkers, wear seatbelts

Just put it way back, out of reach.
