Well well well…

Jack Smith subpoenaed Ted Cruz’s cellphone records from AT&T.

A Judge who signed off told AT&T not to inform Ted Cruz because he would destroy them and it was a matter of national security.

Guess who that judge was?

Boasberg.

Every time I see the latest Boasberg story, my first thought is always, "Who is choosing which judge gets which case?" If we're draining the Swamp, let's identify them and send them packing, too...

So now "lawfare" includes all government-prosecution subpoenas?

The term was already malleable and very expansive, but that just increases both by like 100x

If you know any Dems you know that they believe his legal credentials and his official position give him plausible denial to break ANY law as long as it’s in the service of destroying Trump and the NaziFascists. This news and this criminal conspiracy and historical abuse of power is exactly what they want. They are just sad they couldn’t just show up and hang the opposition instead.

So you don’t think the use of the judicial system to surveil hundreds of republican legislators, reporters, donors, etc. can be considered lawfare?

I believe the government's power to do so should be decreased, generally, mind you.

But, within our current system, why would legislators be above the law, exactly?

Just a starting point. Not sure how deeply you can pursue criminality in just this case but the multiple times I've seen his name shows a pattern. Is he really that close to the Chief Justice or is Roberts just going to wash his hands of him?

“ Blue anon low IQ bullshite with the force of the FBI behind it “.
- Emily Jashinsky

( check out her YouTube segment on Jack Smith that breaks down the historical corruption of “ Arctic Frost”. We might as well as the media and every living Democrat have zero interest in the worst Executive branch corruption in American history. )

Roberts is doing the math right now and he should know there is no way in hell to justify Boasberg's continual undermining of Trump's administration and the Republican party.

I don't know what lawfare is even more after this thread and the huge expansion of the malleable term

It's so big it has no meaning

The failure if congress to impeach this particular judge is the biggest failure of the nation.

Every judge is emboldened

I cannot hate congress enough - forget everything else- this country is being destroyed by the self interest of everyone in congress
