Extended O and hired a-hole Kelly w no desire to actually coach. What did it cost us in total to get rid of both? Our other Ad’s combined did not waste that total of resources.

He got WAY behind on NIL and collectives.
He’s a dinosaur who has one move-pay a coach a ridiculous amount of money with a ridiculous buyout which causes them to lose any desire to work hard and thus set up for retirement.

Extending O was something any AD would do. O got a $17m buyout and still coached half a season after getting fired and helped keep a great recruiting class together for Kelly.

The entire selling point of Orgeron was cheap and pay the support staff.
No one was stealing Orgeron.
He was going nowhere.
We are actively paying the number 2 and number 8 buyouts in college football history right now in a time where we now have to pay for a roster as well.
Complete mismanagement and a fireable offense.
