I just can't imagine the big money boosters have the appetite right now to pay that huge buyout, especially after we just got done buying out our previous coach (at least I think they're done paying O by now).
That buyout, along with having to spend much more money to build out rosters now plus having to pay more for a new coach/coaching staff makes me think Kelly will get a couple more years but will have to make a change on offense.

We don’t have 80-100 Mil coming our way soon. The buyout is only part of money it takes to fire a coach.

That’s at the bottom of their lists to terminate a contract. Money was made at renewal. Season ticket holders who don’t go will just sell to opposing fans. Money is not made in the stadium.

The color analyst for the LSU sports radio network is not going to say that Kelly is going to be fired. Just like Gordy Rush wasn’t going to on the post game show.

I would imagine the most reasonable people in the room are thinking some things they considered non starters after watching that 2nd half of football last night.
Men are just as emotional as women. Anger is an emotion. You're about to see the most emotion driven big dick swinging you're going to see. Texas A&M's boosters basically just took a big shite on us. Bought out Jimbo. Hired Elko. Money into the portal. You think that's going to sit well with our boosters?

He’s probably right but you’d be surprised at how perceptions can change, A&M making TS look like Kyle Field Jr on national tv can expedite things a bit.
