We found out one of our carriers has been running illegals and we stopped working with them immediately.
I was also a bit confused how they could even get by all the protocols without is knowing they were illegal.
We've already sent a few MC# to the highway/DOT for review. Safer fmcsa is not telling us on the front end they are running illegals so they are bypassing things in the logistics field 100%

Translation: I’m firing the illegals I have been employing because the cost savings aren’t enough to justify this new liability I am facing with potentially having to be held responsible for my decisions. “They don’t feel safe” is just another deflection of responsibility.

The only thing I'd add to that clip is big "please patient, student driver" bumper stickers on the back.

Completely agree. I live in the DC area and it's like a rule Indians and Chinese have to have these on their cars.

Good. Letting foreigners have jobs held by Americans just drives wages down. I’d gladly pay an extra few dollars per week for my goods if the guy who drove the truck my goods came on can support his family on his salary.
