Imagine if Steph got refs like SGA. He would average 50 points a game. Thunder are like the 2015-2019 Warriors on defense. Just foul incessantly and get away with it, WHILE your "star player" gets 8,000 free-throws (even those Warriors did not get that). I mean, anyone on this board could have dropped 40 if they shot 26 free-throws and 30+ shots (he made fewer than half of his shots from the floor). What a joke. It's ok, my Pacers get cheated a lot.

Cheated? More like outplayed. Take the loss. Indiana is good at it. Look on the bright side; the Hoosiers are back in the CFP. That should be your focus now.

The best keyboards come from Target. Also I thought you were a Lakers fan?

I mean, I start the Laker Clap threads; do you think I am a Fakers fan?

I don't understand why anyone who watches that sport takes it seriously. You know it is rigged. What else do you expect to happen?

Is he driving the ball?

SGA goes to the rim. Curry shoots 3s. How are they the same?

51 FTA's is disgusting. SGA shot 26 of them.

Denver-GS last night had 14 and 25 for comparison. Curry shot 8 of them.

say what you want but SGA is so hard to guard, and he is getting fouled most of the time.

The bigger issue i have is fricking Lou Dort not fouling out of every game he plays in. I dont' understand why they let him be more physical on defense than any other player in the league. Its fine if they want to call all those fouls for SGA, but if you're going to call that contact a foul, then Lou Dort should foul out of every game before halftime.
Same goes for Caruso guarding guys like Jokic and AD. Just b/c he's giving up 6" and 50lbs doesn't mean it's ok for him to foul the frick out of the guy constantly.

Lord the NBA brings the low IQs out:

In the '24-'25 season, here are what SGA and Steph averaged for drives to the basket, per game:

SGA: 20.6 per game
Steph: 8.7 per game

Through 2 games in the young NBA season, here's their current averages:

SGA: 29.5 per game (good lord)
Steph: 12.0 per game

So yeah, the guy driving to the basket insane amounts vs the one who's doing 2-3 times per quarter is going to average many more free throws.

Y'all need to go watch MJ, Kobe, and DWade play. This is nothing new.

So the guy gets 26 FTA's last night out of 30 drives and you think that's normal?

4 were intentional OR late game trapping fouls.

He had 35 drives vs Indiana.

He shot 12 free throws on the drives.

He drew 6 fouls on these drives. SIX.

So that means he was fouled a "whopping" 17.14% of his drives.

I know so many of you guys are box score basketball fans, Instagram reel basketball fans, etc. but acutal analytics are going to really have a hard time backing up what you guys are claiming is happening.
