You never need them until you begin using them. They make you dependent. They ruin your eyes.
But your eyes can recover. You can be like a child again running on a beach directly into the sun, completely unbothered.

This is a PSA. I am 6 months clean if you are looking for support

I love that there are people with this level of confidence to say such things.

Making sunglasses cool in movies is a scheme just like the cigarette companies did. Sunglasses addiction is tougher to beat but can be done

I hear if you stare directly into the sun, it increases your tolerance to brightness.

I never wear sunglasses and generally seem fine. Only really want them if out on a boat.

I find direct ocular shade from a baseball cap or visor to be more effective than sunglasses. Are caps/visors scams as well?

I can't go anywhere without my sunglasses. Call me dependent. It even makes driving in the rain easier.

Thank you.

This seems to be going poorly looking at the ratio. More lashing out in denial than I expected. I forgot how far ahead I am with my strikes of painful truth

The only time I need the mirrored ones is at the beach to peep all the fatties shuffling to Flora Bama. All that mass of humanity jiggilating surfside.
