I don’t think they care about balance as much as they care about portraying over the top satire.

At the end of the day, you make a decision about whether you want to watch it. Some folks don’t and that’s fine.

But I do find it hilarious when people who have never watched it want to cry about it. Just don’t watch it.

I didn't even consider her on the right. I just saw her as a Nazi.

Yeah. But actual NSDAP national socialist. Not just "right wingers" we are talking people who look up to Hitler. They can't be defended.

That is largely because everyone to the right of Mao is called a Nazi constantly.

Combine that with the concept being overplayed to absolute death in movies, video games, etc., and people grow tired of it.

Nazis have been the main villain is movies and other entertainment for 80 years at this point.

And, like I said, people that are constantly insulted by being called Nazis are even more tired of it, especially since they expect every reference to Nazis by Hollywood to be a subtle or not so subtle dig at them and their political beliefs at this point, whether correct or not.

I mean, we all know Hollywood’s political alignment. This is downright expected now.

As to the OP, The Boys changed too much from the comics. The actual story is fantastic and I quit real early because of that.

Why writers and producers can’t simply stick with what worked and what people loved about it will always be lost on me.
