Win this week and I think they will…and LSU will finish at worst 9-3. Is that good enough for the playoffs? Who knows how things will shake out. But LSU always plays Bama well in Tuscaloosa. This season can still be salvaged.

Have you seen this team play? It’s painful to watch at times.

It absolutely can be. The problem is that none of us have ANY hope that it will be.

No salvaging because the QB has topped out. Maybe if the let the 2nd string guy get a chance to see what he’s got

You do realize that if we win, it only delays the inevitable (Kelly’s departure) that much longer? Go find something else to do this Saturday evening. Spend time with the family or find something else to do with your time that you will look back on and cherish. You’re only setting yourself up for a let down with this piss poor coached team.

Since 2000 LSU has 6 wins in Tuscaloosa and only 5 wins in BR. Even if you want to go back to the horrid 90's, LSU's only 2 wins that decade in the series were in Tuscaloosa.

Alabama owns the series. But at least in the last 35 years or so LSU plays at least as well there as they play in Baton Rouge (even though they've lost most of games in either stadium). If somewhat recent history is any indication, LSU's probably slightly more likely to win at Alabama than they are at home.

LSU just lost to Vandy for the first time in 35 years, dropping their second game of the season in only 7 games. The negativity stemming from that somehow confuses you?

No reason to be positive.
If LSU pulls off a win this weekend, a shred of positivity will return but it’ll be met with cynicism

This team is boring to watch. 2019 made everybody spoiled and that team will never be duplicated again. That 2019 team should be the standard every LSU team wants to be. Knowing it isn’t likely, but not impossible. LSU shouldn’t ever have a problem running the football, and they can’t even do that on a consistent basis.

Crazy thing is no one is expecting that again

All we want is a tough team that loses 2 or less games to sneak in the playoffs and make a run every now and then
