Under Obama,
No kings but….Authorized mass NSA surveillance collecting Americans’ phone metadata without individualized warrants.
No kings but….Prosecuted more whistleblowers under the Espionage Act than all previous presidents combined, chilling journalism. Even though he campaigned on protecting whistleblowers.
No kings but….Relied on secret FISA courts to approve broad spying programs shielded from public or congressional oversight.
No kings but….Ordered drone strikes on U.S. citizens abroad (e.g., Anwar al-Awlaki) without trial or due process.
No kings but….Targeted journalists’ communications (such as the AP and Fox’s James Rosen) through secret subpoenas.
No kings but….Used executive actions and recess appointments to bypass congressional opposition on major issues.
No kings but….Expanded use of “kill lists” and covert operations decided by a small inner circle in the executive branch.
No kings but….Pursued aggressive prosecutions of government leakers while allowing limited transparency on surveillance and foreign policy.
Under Biden,
No kings but….Pressured social-media companies to moderate or remove posts on COVID-19 and elections, raising free-speech concerns.
According to a House Judiciary Committee press release, Google LLC admitted that the Biden Administration “pressured … to remove content that did not violate YouTube’s policies.”
No kings but….Used executive orders extensively to enact policies without waiting for congressional approval.
No kings but….Continued emergency powers and mandates during the pandemic that restricted travel, employment, and assembly.
No kings but….Expanded federal agency rule-making (EPA, OSHA, Education Dept.) in ways critics said exceeded statutory authority.

I just texted this to my buddies the other day for steps the dems took. By no means an exhaustive list but just what I came up with from memory. But remember, we on the right are the fascists. List doesn't even include all the covid stuff they did.
1) weaponized multiple federal agencies to go after their political rival
2) used the activist courts in multiple states to try and keep their political rival off the ballot entirely
3) created a “ministry of truth" to police speech
4) pushed out a sitting president
5) installed a replacement who received zero votes from any US citizen
6) leveraged a partisan media to push their narrative and influence the populace
7) worked directly with social media companies to censor free speech

Nah, screw that dude. There should be no problem with al-Awlaki being killed, was openly advocating extreme violence against Americans and partly responsible for Ft Hood attack.

Trump is being accused of not giving illegals "due process" before shipping them back to their country of origin. Obama wiped his arse with "due process" and just killed American citizens.
