that's great the average median income in poland is about 23k a year if you live in merica n' such and make 23k a year and have two kids you don't pay income taxes and get an additional 7500 dollars back in the EIC.

Our current system incentivizes this. If you don’t have income you don’t pay income tax.

No income tax only benefits those that produce income. There would be no benefit to those on public assistance.
A really smart program to get those that contribute to society to have more kids.
