So you enjoy the rap music blaring on stop?
How about little Africa on the corner of stadium and highland?
People shooting each other and themselves?

43 . Grew up on Rap Music- it there’s a time and place. College football needs the band playing 90% of the time
Go take a walk by next game, unless it was a one time thing. It was for the SELU game. And I have no problem with blacks, Mexicans, Asians, whatever… but this was straight thug types with no common courtesy, etc. plenty of white s that act the same, but they weren’t all confined to know spot- or I haven’t saw it yet
You think guns at LSU tailgates are rare? And I’m not talking about the good ol boy with Jennings his truck…

Not to get political but this isn’t even close to being statistically true lmao.
And even anecdotally, when we’re walking on highland after the game, we know it is not the group of white frat kids that went to Catholic High that we have to worry about. It’s the…

Im 42, went to LSU and born and raised in BR. Never seen anything like youre describing. This seems personal.

It has been the same all season.

I agree.
Season tickets in family passed down for 70 years. Drive 7 hours for 4-5 home games each year. I announce high school Friday night games and 2-3 times per year travel through the night to tailgate on game day mornings.
Then to see people leaving early is disheartening.
Recommendations: 1. BTR PD/La Troopers need to step up and effectively fix the traffic after games. They lack decision makers to shut down inbound lanes. 2. Concession lines (need more self serve). 3. Take away tickets from those that leave early (Saben this at Bama to Fraternity/Sororities that left).

35 and Went to the Florida game and had a blast. It's a different feel, its like you're at a party/rave with football as the back drop but i thought it was cool. I get the complaints from the older crowd but its a new era and kids dont give a shite about the band. They're going to have to get over it. They play just as much EDM as rap which is a "white sub-genre" of music. I dont mind 95% of the music, but they can get rid of the NBA Youngboy, that shite is a little to much.
I've been saying for years that the tiger stadium intimidation factor is overrated due to people leaving early nowadays. It's still the best in the business for 1 big game of the year (bama, or in the case of this year a&m). But for all you out of town bucket list people, if you're just coming to a random game against a .500 team youre going to be dissapointed. Had some guys from out of town that sat in front of us for the Florida game and they didnt seem that impressed. That's also something ive gotten over. The traffic sucks arse and you get every single game in HD quality on your 60 inch in the comfort of your living room (or bar whichever you prefer) which wasnt the case until about 15 years ago.

I agree! I have traveled extensively through my career and my favorite place in the world to be is Tiger stadium! I don’t think it is the slightest bit shitty.
I don’t like it a bit when 50,000 people leave at halftime. However, 35 years ago (I was there too) the games were probably 25% shorter. The games have gone from around 3 hrs to sometimes over the 4 hour mark solely due to tv commercials. It is tough for me to sit in the same seat for 4+ hours.

You think recruits come to LSU because of some DJ playing rap music in the stadium? If you do you are a special kind of stupid. Is Alabama doing this? Florida? Texas? LSU needs to get it’s priorities straight and start catering to the ppl sitting in the stands.

This was shocking to me when I saw the video. I am a season ticket holder and want no part of that close to campus.

I can handle to piped in music, concessions etc. if it weren’t for the amount of and length of commercial breaks. It’s out of control.

Age irrelevant. Rap has gotten particularly arse.

Also a lie and a huge cope. Also untrue. Also, even if true, it's not ok just because everywhere is bad.

Well, right off with your you change my mind statement shows you’re nothing but a lazy troll. Why don’t you change our minds
I’m sorry quite a few people probably half the country does not like rap music. It’s not considered music. Nothing I have in common with it.
And those players that you talk about liking it, they’re in the fricking locker room. They could care less about what music played out in that stadium.

Oh no not rap music. They should only play gospel or Alan Jackson on 3rd down.
