Trump has done many great things through executive orders but that only lasts as long as an R is president.
With republicans holding the presidency, house and senate has anything been done to prevent things from getting back like they were under Biden/Obama?

Absolutely not. This is not the way the government was designed to work. This legislation branch is completely neutered. We have pretty bad leadership in that branch.

The Supreme Court striking down parts of the voting rights act of 1965 that requires states to draw district lines based on racial outcomes will most definitely prevent Democrats from ever holding the House again. So that's something. I believe oral arguments are to be held today. Ruling next summer. That will stop gerrymandering. Democrats have gerrymandered for decades, resulting in many additional House seats for democrats. There's a high likelihood that part of the voting rights act gets struck down.

This is exactly why I'm not a Republican. After Trump's first term the RINO do nothing establishment was completely transparent. They lost me as a member.
The funny thing is I want to be a Republican. Until they get off their asses and do something I'll stay Independent. We, as conservative voters, need to oust the Mitch McConnells, Paul Ryans, Mitt Romneys, etc... out of the Republican party.
The problem is Democrat politicians want to change this country into a Socialist/Communist shithole where they have all the power. The other problem is that the Republican establishment just want to hang on to the status quo and enrich themselves in the process. We need new representation.

Trump takes a lot of victory laps, but everything he has done can easily be undone. This is shaping up just like his first presidency. He will be a non factor in the history books.

No. In fact, the RINO GOPe has actively worked to NOT codify the MAGA agenda. They're not only resisting it, but also subverting it.
They expect another stolen election in 2028, and to return back to business as usual. Like China, the Establishment Uniparty plays the long game. They can ride out three more years of Trump if they don't manage to successfully kill him. Lord knows they've tried.
