I’ve been to chick fil a dozens of times over the years and have NEVER been asked to “pull up it’s gonna be a few minutes on your spicy”.

Their service is head and shoulders over the other fast food joints but I'm not overly fond of their food. It's okay but not anything to write home about for me anyway.
