Staffers from the network’s news division have until Tuesday to explain what they do during working hours to their new boss, editor-in-chief Bari Weiss, but the Writers Guild of America East, which represents some CBS News employees, has urged staffers not to respond until the network answers a series of questions.

Didn't Elon just do this with DOGE?

Key word... Represents.
Said employees need to have a moment to decide who EMPLOYS them and if they, in fact, enjoy being employed.

They should not have a problem. After all, most of them had to explain why and how 2 + 2 = 4 while in school.

Leslie Stahl should be the first person fired.

Start with the “talent”, producers, and production crew of “60 Minutes”. That arm of your company is directly responsible for CBS funding the Donald J. Trump Presidential Library and 72 hole memorial G.C.
I personally cannot wait to play 36 holes and drink Diet Coke from the water fountains.

I'd fire anyone who takes this advice.

Well that makes it easy. If they don't answer, then fire them.
I track my work every single day through signing off on work orders after filling in the pertinent details, plus my daily checklists. I'm basically the lead of my department but all paperwork is signed by both the crew lead and floor supervisor before being turned in to the Facility Manager. On top of that, it's all logged in my own paperwork that I fill out optionally for CYA reasons, and everywhere I work is monitored on video.
Someone comes along to ask me what I do every day at work, and I'll say "well it varies day to day due to the very nature of my occupation, but bring a forklift and pallet around back and I'll give you all my boxes of documentation". Easy peezy.

60 minutes this very Sunday called Trump Mr Trump and not President Trump. And also has some scare tactics propaganda that the economy was about to go into a Great Depression beating the 1918 crash. FRICK CBS.

If she’s planning on bringing integrity back to CBS News, getting rid of 90% of this newsroom has already been her priority anyway. If they don’t write back, shite can them right there for insubordination.
