Liberals consider themselves "good people" because they believe they are showing empathy by offering every illegal multiple chances. Except that is at the cost of others. Their sympathy for this criminal hurt an innocent woman. Where is their sympathy for the victims of these animals?

I think it was a Death Penalty crime back when I was a kid, Foo. There were very few rapes as I remember. Apparently immigrants tolerate rape in their cultures, or can’t stop it and flee here for protection.
I think a few instances of vigilante justice and martyrdom by loving fathers will change the dynamics. And it’s likely coming if the Government don’t do their job.

Dude raped and beat her so bad her jaw bone was broken and exposed.
He then pissed on her face and in the opening of her jaw after he finished raping her.
And he served no time? Was just deported? I hope they threw him out the plane on his way back. Only reason to not sentence him.

The only way this makes sense is if deport this trash to a place where the prisons are hell holes that they can rot in. Otherwise, I like your idea of a skydive minus the parachute.
