Looks like someone got called out on their gamesmanship. Anyone who tried to frame the argument in yards as opposed to vehicles having 1.3 seconds to make a decision as to whether to swerve or not, is intentionally muddying the argument

It has more to do with the ridiculous actions of the LSP than anything. He is clarifying to people that will assume the DA is the one that did the bad stuff, when in reality the DA did their job, and would not have needed to do this if the corrupt LSP weren't making crap up and forcing false statements from witnesses for whatever insane reason they had to do so.

Obviously his lauding wasnt effective, since he referenced that posts on social media, were drawing incorrect conclusions. Take that up with him
And yes, I watched the video. And laughed out loud when he attempted to claim 72 yards was plenty of time for vehicles traveling at 55 MPH TOWARD EACH OTHER (allowing just over a second to get out of the lane), was plenty of time to decide what to do in the path of Kyrens car

Whether you measure it in yards, feet, seconds, or any other unit the cause of the accident was the Funyons eating fat arse who was so tight on the gold truck’s arse that when the truck tapped his breaks ol’ fat arse panicked and swerved into oncoming traffic.

Did you watch the body cam footage of the state trooper interviewing him? He says in that footage he didn’t hardly break. The whole swerving thing was coached into his statement by the trooper so they could find the green charger.

And if you did watch the video, and the guy didnt break hard and swerve to the side, how come he wasnt in front of the wreck? Where did his truck disappear to? We can clearly see the wreck, and then Kyrens green charger, and yet, No Truck. Not to be seen anywhere
Thats because he slammed on his brake and pulled to the side of the road. And came to a complete stop, out of camera range

The DA office made the decision to charge him and have LSP arrest him, LSP could not have made charges or arrest without DA’s office giving the ok to move forward so not sure what kind of gamesmanship is being played

Go back and watch the video again. The crash happens and you see the top of the truck turn into the driveway. The crash happens, then the truck turns in. The vehicle that turned left into oncoming traffic did it to avoid hitting the truck, no the charger.

people need to slow tf down with this. The lawyer is putting carefully edited footage all over the media right now and spinning this thing to be some sort of vendetta. Lacy is a hero in that area. No one wanted to see him get in trouble. Its going to end up ruining some peoples lives or tearing up this town with bullshite for no reason.

The State Police have the entire video that they are free to release whenever they want. There was clearly an issue with the investigation from LSP I am not sure why so many are unable to comprehend that idea.

probably because there's nothing in that video that contradicts the witness reports from the very beginning. But when you let a shameless self-promoter like Ory go on tv and say literally anything he wants without challenge, nothing good happens.
If he feels he has a misconduct case, he needs to stop making accusations on social media and file a lawsuit on behalf of the family.
